Back in the 2005 movie, Sky High, he featured as, Ron Wilson, a secondary protagonist in the movie. He was was born the son of two superheroes, so he was expected to have had multiple superpowers.
He thouhg grew up, he did not acquire any powers at all and ended up becoming a bus driver for Sky High. After Royal Pain attempted to kidnap the staff and students of Sky High, he fell into a vat of toxic waste and earned the power to grow to a giant size.
He then started working for the mayor of Maxville, protecting the city from giant robots but he is still seen wearing his bus driver uniform.
