Ben is the president and founder of He Steelroots, an INSP youth program. Cerullo, named by Charisma Magazine as one of the “30 New Voices to Lead the Church for the Next Decade”, founded the Ministry of Youth and Culture Steel Roots in 2000.

The ministry is one of the first to combine action sports with Christian music to reach adolescents and young adults. Cerullo left his position as spokesman and media personality for Steel Roots in 2007 to found Cerullo Ministries. Ben continues to lead and manage the Steelroots Ministries team and activities while serving as the driving force behind Cerullo Ministries.
