Grant Goodiff ( Grant Mackenzie Goodeve ) is an American television personality and actor. He is best known for his role as eldest son David Bradford on the ABC television show Eight Eight is Enough from 1977 to 1981.

He first appeared in an episode of the fifth season of Rush! Based on the role played by Mark Hamill in the series debut, he joined the cast of “Eight Enough”. Goodev made guest appearances in “The Love Boat”, “TJ Hooker”, “Dynasty” and “Fantasy Island”.
He had a small role in the TV pilot “Night Watch”. In the summer of 1984, Goodoff hosted the “Solid Gold Hits” concert. He played Michael James “Woody” Woodward on the ABC series “One Life to Live.” He took part in the TV show “Pigs Against Freaks”.
He also appeared as a featured guest on the Pyramid Game Show in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He reprized the role of “Eight Enough” in two reunion films of the late 1980s, and also appeared in several episodes of “Killing the People He Wrote.” He played Captain Jack Smith in Warner Bros. until the late 1990s. hit series 7. Heaven. Goodev hosted Archeology Through the Bible in 2000, which Word Pictures produced. In 1989 Goodoff and his family moved to the Pacific Northwest.
Shortly after, he made recurring appearances in the CBS drama “Northern Exposure” as Rick Pedersen, a hapless truck driver. He also began writing for KING-TV’s evening news program and hosted the Northwest Backroads tour in 1998. Grant has been hosting the show for the past 16 years.
Between 2000 and 2004, he hosted the programs If the Wall Will Talk and Home of Our Tools on Home & Garden TV. Specialists in Team Fortress 2, Wolf O’Donnell and F.ears. Contributed to Bob Rivers’ series of Twisted Christmas holiday CDs. In 2006, Goodev portrayed George Bailey in Taproot Theater Company’s production of It’s a Wonderful Life: A Life on the Radio. He returned to the Taproot scene in 2008 as the ex-Jack in the production of Christmas Bastard. Goodev also starred in a safety film for Amtrak Cascades.
