Monica Padman is an American podcaster, artist, and producer, best known for co-creating and hosting the podcast Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard. She has also appeared in movies and TV shows such as “CHiPs”, “The Good Place”, “Rutherford Falls” and “Ryan Hansen Solve Crime on TV”.

Padman became an actor when he was in the eighth grade, inspired by the TV series Friends and the movie Good Will Hunting. She later began studying theater as a cheerleader in high school and took Advanced Placement classes. Monica studied both acting and public relations in college. During his university years, he did an internship at Radmin company.

Monica moved to Los Angeles in 2011 to pursue her acting career. She studied fine arts at the upright Citizens Brigade and distracted herself by babysitting and working the front desk at SoulCycle.
