Erin began her writing career in Medford, Oregon on her West Coast. Viewers in South Florida wake up to Erin every weekday at 4pm. WPBF 25 News in the morning from 30am to 7am, WPBF 25 News until 9am: 12:00 am. She joined her family at WPBF 25 News in 2011 after working for three years at her KOCO, her WPBF 25 sister station in Oklahoma City.
