From the year 1995 to 1999, Top was the continuity announcer for Cartoon Network. Also, Scott produced and starred in an early morning show called Carrot Top’s AM Mayhem from 1994 to 1996.

In 1998, he got his first film role as the Chairman of the Board. In 2002, Carrot Top recorded a commentary track for The Rules of Attraction.
