Anne Gellinek is a German journalist and TV presenter who, since 2022, has been a journalist for the radio heute-journal broadcast by the German public service broadcaster ZDF.
Gellinek previously worked as ZDF’s Brussels bureau chief and is ZDF’s Brussels bureau chief. In 2018 European affairs weekly Politico ranked her 6th among influential women in Brussels [2]. Starting school in 1981, she studied Slavic studies, Eastern European history and journalism in Münster and Moscow.

While in Moscow, Anne worked as a freelance writer for the Moscow office of Rheinische Post and Newsweek. She worked at ZDF in Mainz from 1991 to 1992 and from 1992 to 1995 she worked at ZDF in Düsseldorf.
