Caribe Devine an American meteorologist working for EVB Live, 12 News at 5 pm, Arizona Nightly News, and 12 News at 10 pm. She as well does live interviews and feature segments on EVB Live at 4 pm. She began working with the 12 News team back in 2005 as a weekend weather anchor and live shot feature reporter, prior to moving to weeknights in 2011.
