Chiney Ogwumike a Nigerian-American professional basketball player known for playing for the Los Angeles Sparks of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). She got to be the first Black woman hosting a national radio show for ESPN and the first WNBA player to do so since 2020. She was as well was one of the first and youngest commentators having been named an NBA analyst for the network where he covered the NBA, WNBA, and a variety of sports, while simultaneously playing in the WNBA.
Since 2016, she got to be elected Vice-President of the WNBA Players Association and signed an endorsement deal with Adidas. Back in May 2018, she signed a multi-year contract with ESPN to become a full-time basketball analyst.

Back in February 2021, she re-signed with the Sparks to a multi-year deal.
