He is the weekday mornings anchor at NBC10 News Today from 4 a.m to 7 a.m. He is The Lineup host a digital newscast streamed on the NBC10 apps on Roku and Apple TV.

Prior to joining NBC10 in July 2012, Jones worked as an anchor/reporter at WHSV, the ABC affiliate in Harrisburg, VA. Later, he joined WTAE, the ABC affiliate in Pittsburg to work as a reporter/fill-in anchor. Jones worked as a field anchor on sporting events for the Eagles, Phillies, 76ers, and Flyers and has covered college sports, Super Bowls, and the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games.
