Ken serves as a co-host for Sunday morning public affairs program and has mediated debates between candidates for the United States Senate, the United States House of Representatives, the Governor of Pennsylvania, the Allegheny County Executive, and the Mayor of Pittsburgh. He earned the national first-place Associated Press prize for the Harrisburg Paydirt investigation, that uncovered Pennsylvania politicians’ opulent, taxpayer-funded perks. He as well earned received Golden Quill Prizes from the Pittsburgh Press Club as well as awards from the Radio-Television News Directors Association for his investigative reporting, among other honors.
