Kiernan started off her television career at five months of age as a baby on the hospital drama, ER. She first had her commercial-print modeling when she was still a baby. Featuring Mad Men’s ensemble cast, she earned the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2008 and 2009.
She had a recurring guest star and there after got a upgraded to a series regular with the start of season four. She got the part after two auditions.
She later earned Flowers in the Attic of 2014 and featured in the Oz Perkins horror film, The Blackcoat’s Daughter (2015). In 2017 she featured as B.D. Hyman, daughter of Bette Davis, in the FX television series Feud: Bette and Joan and also voiced Jinora in the The Legend of Korra.
