Laura Moody an American News anchor working for Fox 13 Station known for her fame from her association with FOX 13. Moody is the face of Good Day Tampa Bay, alongside co-anchor Russell Rhodes. The morning show airs on WTVT every weekday from 6 am to 10 am.

Before her tenure at WTVT, she worked as a weekend and evening anchor for WKRN, Nashville’s ABC affiliate. She began her broadcasting career at SNN, The New York Times-owned station.

In the years since she has’ covered some incredible stories. The brave men and women at MacDill Air Force Base have taken her on some wild rides. The Special Operations Command’s Parachute Team took me 12,000 feet up into the air for a skydiving adventure she will never forget. Moody was the first female civilian to skydive from a CV-22 Osprey.

She has ridden along with the KC-135 Air Refueling Squadron and seen the beautiful Bay Area from a Blackhawk helicopter. Most recently, she had the honor of riding with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbird, pushing 7Gs.
