Maurice Jones-Drew Biography

Maurice Jones-Drew (M.J.D,) (Maurice Christopher Jones-Drew ) an American former football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for nine seasons. At UCLA, he played college football and received consensus All-American recognition.

In the second round of the 2006 NFL Draf he got to be selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars 60th overall. He as well got named to the Pro Bowl thrice and led the NFL in rushing yards in 2011. He played his initial eight seasons with the Jaguars, through 2013. In 2014, his final season, he played for the Oakland Raiders.

He later joined into broadcasting after his retirement and serves as a football color analyst for NFL Now and other shows on NFL Network. He is currently the color analyst for the Los Angeles Rams.
