Warren started off his television broadcasting career back in college radio at Creighton University in Omaha, NE, where he earned a BA in English Literature. However, his broadcasting career had to wait for some years after college while he resided in Europe for a year and worked in financial sales in San Francisco.
He later got back into broadcasting working as a reporter at KRNV in Reno, NV, and then at KMST in Monterey, CA. He later earned his first job as a morning anchor at KTUL in Tulsa, OK and from there he moved to Phoenix, AZ where he reported and anchored at KTVK.
He is raised from a long military tradition, one of his primary callings is a devotion to the United States Military and Veterans. He is know to the the lead of FOX 7 Care Force, that is the station’s effort to assist veterans and active-duty military in their transitions back to civilian life. He earned the media award from the Texas Veterans Commission in recognition of his ongoing effort to help Texas veterans in 2013.
