In the video, his mother says; “I’ve just picked my son up from school, witnessed a bullying episode, rang the principal, and I want people to know – parents, educators, teachers – this is the effect that bullying has.
“Every single… day, something happens. Another episode, another bullying, another taunt, another name-calling. Can you please educate your children, your families, your friends?”
He apears in the same video saying that he wants to die. “I’m going to die right now..give me a knife. I’m going to kill myself. Give me a knife so I can stab myself in the heart. You watch me… I want someone to kill me… I want to die.
The video got an outpouring support to Quaden from people all over the world. The hashtag #StopBullying got famosu asn began trending and parents shared video messages of friendship from their children to Quaden. As well celebrities including actor Hugh Jackman and basketball player Enes Kanter spoke against dwarfism and asked people to be kind.
He as well got support from the National Rugby League’s Indigenous All-Stars team. He was set to lead the team out before Saturday’s NRL pre-season match against the Maori All-Stars in Queensland’s Gold Coast.

Quaden Bayles Go Fund Me
Brad Williams an American comedian set up a Go-Fund-Me page for Quaden together with his mother. He is set to use the money to send them to Disneyland in California.
Williams said; “This isn’t just for Quaden, this is for anyone who has been bullied in their lives and told they weren’t good enough,” Williams said on the fundraising page. “Let’s show Quaden and others that there is good in the world and they are worthy of it.”
